Female, 31 years old
The patient experienced painful, swollen legs with easy bruising and body proportion asymmetry. Exercise and diet had not produced improvement, and clothing—especially in summer—was challenging.

Clinical Findings
Moderate-to-significant breast ptosis (sagging)
Palpable finding in the left breast, confirmed by ultrasound and recommended for further evaluation
Treatment Plan & Procedure
A combined lift-and-volume strategy was selected, with simultaneous diagnostic management:
Dual-plane breast augmentation
Anatomical Polytech implants (395 cc)
Mastopexy (breast lift) with tissue reshaping
Ultrasound-guided biopsy of the left breast finding via the existing incisions
Anesthesia: General
Surgery time: ~2.5 hours
Recovery & Aftercare
Smooth recovery with expected mild swelling and discomfort for ~1 week
Postoperative bra for 1 month (per instructions)
Scar care with silicone tape
Scar quality enhancement with specialized laser treatment

Improved breast contour, lift, and volume with a balanced, natural-looking result. The patient reported greater ease in dressing without reliance on push-up bras, along with increased confidence and satisfaction.
