Treatment Plan & Procedure

A functional and aesthetic correction was performed in a single operation:

Open functional septorhinoplasty
Septoplasty with inferior turbinate cauterization
Hump reduction, tip support/refinement, and overall size adjustment for facial harmony

Anesthesia: General
Surgery time: ~2.5 hours

Recovery & Aftercare

External nasal splint for 7 days
Expected swelling and bruising for 7–10 days
Splint and suture removal on day 7
Topical antibiotic cream for the columellar incision
Nasal sprays and specialized taping for several weeks
Uncomplicated postoperative course
